The foundation of my coaching approach is the belief that each of us has been created by Almighty God with a very specific plan and purpose (Jeremiah 29:11). He created our bodies fearfully and wonderfully and has provided everything we need for health and healing through this amazing world He created especially for us.

Before we can do better, we have to know better. God’s ways are far superior to the ways of man.
